USES AND APPLICATIONS
KLEINOX 4301/4306 (AISI 304/304L) is an austenitic stainless steel. Cr-Ni alloy. Excellent welding. This steel is well indicated for the chemical, oil, watchmaking and cutlery industry.
EXECUTIONS
Diameters: 1.00 – 15.00 mm
Tolerances: ISO h8 (up to h5)
Delivery conditions: in cold drawn or ground bars 3m and Coils
MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Tensile Strength: ca. 750-950 N/mm2, depends on diameter
Heat treatment: possible anneal 1050°C, air cooling It isn’t possible executing hardening through heat treatment.
Cutting speed: 25-40 m/min
Lubrificant-cooling fluid i.e.: INOX or ORTHO Motorex
