KLEINOX 4571 (AISI 316Ti) austenitic steel. Cr-Ni-Mo and Ti contents make it highly resistant to oxidation and acids. Adapted to welding. This steel is well indicated for the production of chemical, food and textile components

Diameters: 1.00 – 15.00 mm
Tolerances: ISO h8 (up to h5)
Delivery conditions: in cold drawn or ground bars 3m and Coils

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Tensile Strength: ca. 725-925 N/mm2, depends on diameter
Heat treatment: possible welding 1050°C, water cooling
Electric resistance (R): 20°C: ~0.75 Ω.mm2/m
Cutting speed: 25-35 m/min
Lubrificant-cooling fluid i.e.: INOX or ORTHO Motorex
